Manchester, Performance Rating clinic
So, you’ve booked to attend a Scott-Grant Performance Rating clinic to be held in our training centre in Manchester. Excellent. Thank you. Before you come, please read the following joining instructions.
The Clinic will run from 10.00 to approximately 15.00 hrs, allowing around 30 minutes for lunch.
NOTE: Please do not plan to leave before 15.00 hrs, before the required process is complete.
The Clinic is designed to test and recalibrate trained and experienced observers’ concept of Standard Performance. Effectively it is an examination and guidance process, leading to the award of a professional Performance Rating Card for successful delegates.
This card is valid for 1 year.
The Clinic consists of a refresher then at least four rating films to be assessed, with individual instructor feedback after each film. Results and feedback are based on statistical data and trends calculated and presented in Scott-Grant’s purpose designed software.
The instructor will discuss your results with you and advise on any actions. The combined results of all films rated will be the basis for awarding a pass or fail.
Drinks are provided throughout the day and a light lunch. Please let us know if you require a vegetarian or vegan option.
