IMS Measurement Practitioner using MOST®, IMS Module 2b
This course is also available as a stand-alone module.
This course will train you to analyst standard in the MOST® technique, giving you the ability to measure any human activity that has a defined method.
MOST® is a well proven system which a qualified and experienced analyst can apply quickly, more accurately and with more consistency than other work measurement techniques – a truly Lean tool. The technique, used across all business sectors, is faster and more detailed than Time Study and is also an ideal method development/improvement tool. Click here to find out more about The MOST® technique.
If you want to become a qualified IMS Measurement Practitioner using MOST®, you will need to attend Module 1 Productivity Foundation first, then this Module 2b. Those who successfully complete the external examination will be registered with and awarded full Maynard (now Accenture) MOST® certification, valid for four years.
In the last decade alone we have trained over 1,100 people to be MOST® analysts in the UK and in over 15 countries, from a comprehensive range of industries, including financial services, local authorities, retail, postal services, processing and assembly, public sector, warehousing, admin, electronics, transport infrastructure, aircraft, distribution, engineering, call centres.
Only from Scott-Grant
Scott-Grant are authorised by H B Maynard (now Accenture) to deliver MOST® in the UK and Eire and covering most of Europe. We are authorised trainers, applicators and distributors of MOST® and Maynard software.
Scott-Grant’s MOST® training and MOST® re-certification are registered with H B Maynard (now Accenture) and certification and official analyst cards are also issued by them.
If you don’t have authentic training and certification, your MOST® analysis is possibly inaccurate, which could have significant negative consequences for the business in which you operate.
