What is PADS?

PADS (Pre-determined Administrative Data System) is a work measurement technique used only in administrative environments, typically government agencies and some financial institutions who are licensed by GSD Corporate to use PADS.

PADS is a simplified way of using MTM core data to analyse all clerical tasks and processes. It is used by those responsible for manpower planning, process analysis and improvement.
