In 2021, our Open courses have been moderated but with several In Company courses delivered at safe customer sites. From April our Open course schedule is back on stream. Our training customers are reassured and comfortable with the distancing and safety procedures which are in line with government guidelines and will continue certainly throughout 2021.

Each course has a reduced capacity, and we can run some parallel courses and will endeavour to meet everyone’s needs. There is availability in local hotels, with some local apartments, a range of shops, and several eateries with deliveries available.

Training rooms are set out for fewer delegates, with individual tables to ensure safe distancing. We will continue to require that everyone takes a daily non-contact Infra Red temperature reading, prior to entering the training rooms. Wearing of masks as a precaution may be required which we will provide, and appropriate hygiene measures will be followed by staff and delegates at all times. Please ask if you need a summary of precautions or a copy of our certificate confirming compliance with the government requirements.

In-Company courses are also possible, if you have a preferred suitable venue and appropriate numbers.

Our thanks to all customers who have re-booked and completed their courses from 2020, with the majority now completed or scheduled in the coming months. We really appreciate your positive feedback from the courses recently delivered. We are happy to discuss any course needs, dates and the precautions which keep our training safe and enjoyable with courses scheduled and available to December 2021.

These popular open courses are run regularly throughout the year at our training centre in Manchester, a city easily accessed by all forms of travel.

Performance Rating Clinics in other public locations are still suspended in Q2 and Q3 but, as with many overseas customers in recent years, and in the UK for a year, we can provide Remote Managed Rating Clinics. These offer the same structure, standards and levels of individual guidance, with statistical and visual feedback by a qualified instructor. Please ask us for details.
