Guided LearningWe offer a range of in-company, customised programmes that normally involves training several people. After the training course our help continues with practical guidance usually for a group of up to five of the delegates as they apply the theory they’ve learned on a live project in your work place. Our Scott-Grant specialist will guide and prompt them to achieve the best results possible. (More than once group can emerge from the training session.) Delegates feel really motivated as they see the early impact they can now make. This is particularly popular for Lean principles, patient which are listed just below. This guided application is a Scott-Grant speciality and many of our customers are delighted at the significant improvements that are quickly identified for the business with this customised and practical approach to learning. |

Remotely Managed courses
We regularly deliver Remotely Managed courses for some of our training for UK and overseas customers using various virtual meeting software options. This is an effective and practical option for multiple delegates with several benefits.
These are not self-tutored online courses – they have exactly the same structure as open or in-company options, with instructor presence throughout. Please contact us to discuss this in more detail.

Students on our IMS Productivity Analyst course are regularly winners of the Institute’s Student of the Year Award. This award recognises the top achievers among everyone who completed the course run by authorised training providers for the Institute across the world. The winner of the IMS Student of the Year for 2024, announced in 2025, and the two runners-up were all trained by Scott-Grant.
