Our course covers Lean techniques and approaches including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, developing cells and teams, Quicker Changeovers (SMED), all of which contributes to improving productivity.
Combining Lean with industrial engineering approaches has considerable impact on productivity. This course will help you on your Lean journey.
The successful completion of Modules 1, 2, 3 and 4 results in a professional Institute qualification, the IMS Productivity Analyst, which is recognised across all business sectors and in many overseas countries.

Course duration and cost
This is a 5 day course, Monday to Friday.
This Module 4 costs £1,235 + VAT. There is an additional fee of £275 for IMS Life Membership with upgrade to Associate grade membership. All other Institute fees for course registration, examination and certification are included in our published course fee.
Delegates are also provided with comprehensive notes for their future reference.
