Improving Methods and Processes,
IMS Module 3
Good, consistent methods and processes are a vital basis for meaningful time measures and capacities. We cover systematic recording, examining and developing techniques, which help to simplify and combine activities, save time and cost, remove waste and use technology. Reinforced with a series of practical exercises, these approaches to improving methods and processes will enable you to make a significant impact in your workplace.
This course will inspire you to identify opportunities and implement improvements, often with little or no cost.
The successful completion of Modules 1, 2, 3 and 4 results in a professional Institute qualification, the IMS Productivity Analyst, which is recognised across all business sectors and in many overseas countries.
